Sea to Summit
Brand Evolution
Australian-based Sea to Summit was looking to make moves globally through a robust refresh that was to touch nearly all facets of the brand — from identity, color, type, digital, content and even the more cumbersome lifts of tradeshow and packaging. While as Partner & Director of Creative at ACV — under the guidance of respected outdoor brand marketer and ex-CMO of the The North Face, Aaron Carpenter, we set out to re-build the brand from the DNA up.
First through powerful and multi-stakeholder DNA workshopping, then evolving their Brand Guidelines into a deep resource consisting of 60 pages of Creative & Strategic direction.
With those critical items signed off and embedded — we worked hand-in-hand with Brand, Marketing, Creative and Product teams to imagine, brief, design and launch the new Sea to Summit brand with a modern and human slant to a storied Aussie brand.

Beam CBD
Pursuit for Better film
Beam is the leading 100% THC-Free CBD brand rooted in the sport segment. With its two founders coming from professional sports backgrounds, they realized the market was right for a THC-Free product designed specifically for athletes who cannot use most CBD products because of trace amounts of banned THC in the mix.
Looking to further cement their position in sports, I was commissioned to produce a campaign around Mat Fraser, their newly signed athlete and (at the time) 4-time World CrossFit Games Champion.
During the planning phase of the project, I learned that Mat was sober and had a truly inspiring story around his path to sobriety. This story was untold to his millions of fans across the globe.






With Mat’s permission — the filming commenced at his home in Tennessee leading up to Week 5 of the CrossFit Open. What came out was a profound story of a top-tier athlete sharing a very personal story for the first time publicly to his millions of fans around the world. A film created to not just tell his story — but inspire others to consider theirs.
Pursuit For Better, The Mat Fraser Story was released in the Fall of 2019 and quickly spread among the CrosssFit community and social media along with major titles picking up the story including Mens Health, Maxim, CNN and CrossFit.com.
